Full Public Liability and Commercial Insurance and Membership of the British Driving Society is held.

Price will depend on location of the Event.  A deposit of £200.00 is required to hold your date and is NOT refundable.  Please make cheques payable to 'Miss Sarah Port'.

This is an Enquiry Form ONLYand does NOT confirm your booking.  Booking is only confirmed when your deposit is paid.

Balance is due eight weeks before the Event and is non-refundable after this date, unless the Event is cancelled by us.  Cancellation MUST be in writing and date of postmark will be taken as the cancellation date.

You will get a copy of the contract when you pay your deposit - this is your receipt.
